In 2018 Elize Morkel bought and renovated the building at 24 Bright Street Somerset West. She moved her psychology practice to this building which is in the vibrant part of Bright Street between Main Rd and Andries Pretorius Street, known for its coffee shops, restaurants, shops, galleries, offices and health practitioners.

Three of the offices in the building are rented out to colleagues who all share the reception, waiting room and other facilities in the building. There is ample parking at the back of the property.
